Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST Candidates: 5 years relaxation
• OBC Candidates (Non-creamy layer): 3 years relaxation
• Persons with Benchmark Disabilities: 10 years relaxation
• Ex-Servicemen: 5 years relaxation (subject to conditions)
• 1984 Riots Affected Persons: 5 years relaxation
• Age relaxation to SC/ST/OBC candidates is allowed on cumulative basis with only one of the remaining categories

Selection Process

1. Online Examination:
   The first stage is an online objective-type test. It generally includes sections such as English Language, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude and Professional Knowledge (Credit/Banking-related). Candidates must secure minimum qualifying marks in each section as well as overall cut-off marks decided by the Bank of India to be shortlisted for the next stage.
2. Personal Interview:
   Candidates shortlisted from the online examination will be called for a personal interview. The interview assesses the candidate’s subject knowledge, banking and credit expertise, communication skills, and overall suitability for the officer role.
3. final merit list
